We are using the BIG TEAMS -STUDENT CENTRAL platform to complete and upload ALL PIAA paperwork.

All students must have a physical dated on or after 5/1/25 to participate in the 2025-2026 school year per PIAA.  Accounts have been created for all students in STUDENT CENTRAL using their school GMAIL account.  

Parents/Guardians can click on the link below and follow the instructions on how to create and link their account with their student's account. If you are a Freshman and have used BIGTEAMS at CMS please make sure your school is changed to PWHS before your paperwork is submitted.

DIRECTIONS FOR REGISTERING AS FIRST SEASON ATHLETE

PARENT SIGN IN FEATURE

First-season athletes: They need to fill out all forms online.  The only form they are to upload is a paper copy of is the physical (Section 6).  All other forms will be completed in the online format.  

Baseline information will be sent to you via your coach-Baselines only need to be completed once per school year

The DEADLINE to submit physical forms on Student Central and have the baseline test completed on the ImPACT system with a guarantee that it will be reviewed before the start of pre-season for JV/V Football and Golf Sports is 07/25/25. The deadline for the remainder of Fall sports is 08/01/25. 

Anything submitted/completed after that date may not get reviewed before the season's start date. 

Once accounts are created/linked and paperwork is completed, uploaded, and approved by the Athletic Trainer, Coaches will be able to see athletes trying out for the sport. Football & Golf will start on August  4, 2025 and all other Fall Sports start on August 11, 2025
