PWHS Athletic Registration

Account Creation- ONE TIME ONLY

The Athletic Department uses Student Central for athletic registrations and form submissions. This on-line registration platform will allow students in grades 9th-12th to register for sports AND digitally submit all required PIAA athletic forms. Please take a moment to review the instructions listed below.

 

ACCOUNT CREATION IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR FIRST TIME ATHLETES AT PWHS AND THEIR PARENTS . YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT EACH YEAR.

 

IF A PARENT HAS AN EXISTING ACCOUNT (FROM AN OLDER CHILD) AND A YOUNGER CHILD REGISTERING FOR A SPORT FOR THE FIRST TIME, THEN ONLY THE ATHLETE NEEDS TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND LINK IT TO THE EXISTING PARENT ACCOUNT.

 

Creating Student and Parent Accounts                                                                         

 

All Students in grades 9th-12th, who intend to participate in a sport, should follow the BIGTEAMS/ Student Central Account Creation and Directions to create a new PARENT AND STUDENT ACCOUNT. Students MUST use their PWHS School email address when creating their account. The password is bigteams. Please make sure to fill out all required boxes when creating the parent account: boxes will be highlighted in RED if not filled out correctly. Please have your medical insurance information on hand as you will be asked to input this information: if you do not have medical insurance, click no under the medical tab.

 

1.Go to BIGTEAMS/Student Central log in page

2.Click Sign Up to Create New Account and complete the account creation

 

3.From Linked Account page in My Profile, click “+Link Student Account”

 

4.Search for your student to see if they already created an account

 

5.If your student does not have an account, click the hyperlink for “If your Student does NOT have an account” and complete the five steps for creating the student account. Students MUST use their PWHS student email address

 

Note: If your student already had a BIG TEAMS account in CMS then you do not need to create a new account you just have to change the school to PWHS 

 

6.Input your EMERGENCY CONTACT information (Left Navigation under My Profile) 

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

7.Once account has been created click here for instruction to complete required documents and forms
