Returning Players
Directions for returning players using BigTeams Student Central
For returning students (and their parents/guardians), here's a general guide for navigating BigTeams Student Central:
1. Login
- Go to https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/.
- Log in using your existing Parent/Guardian account credentials from the previous year.
- If you don't remember your login information, utilize the "Forgot Password" option or contact your school's athletic department for assistance.
2. Update information
- Once logged in, it's a good idea to review your profile information, particularly your "Emergency Contact" information, and ensure it's accurate and up-to-date.
3. Access athletic forms
- Click on "Athletic Forms" to view the required pre-participation paperwork for the current school year.
4. Complete and sign forms
- Parents/Guardians: Complete and sign all the necessary parent forms.
- Students: If your student account is linked to your parent account, you can use the "Sign In As" feature to switch to your student's view and complete the student-specific forms and signature requirements.
- Students can also directly log into their own BigTeams Student Central account and access the forms by navigating to "Forms" then "Athletic Forms".
5. Submit and await approval
- After completing and signing all the required forms, submit them for approval by your school's athletic department.
- BigTeams will notify you via email and/or text message (if enabled) when your forms have been accepted, or if they have been declined for any reason.
Important notes
- Linking Accounts: If a student account is not linked to a parent account, parents may only see example PDF versions of the forms and will need to link the accounts to access the electronic versions and proceed with completion.
- Physical Exams: Physical exams are typically required annually, and it's essential to follow your school's specific guidelines regarding their completion and submission (e.g., must be completed on or after May 1st for the following school year, per PIAA policy).
