Baseline Concussion Test
Baseline Concussion Test
A baseline concussion test is a pre-season assessment of an athlete's cognitive and physical abilities, used as a reference point for comparison if a concussion occurs. It helps medical professionals determine the extent of cognitive or physical impairment following a head injury. These tests typically evaluate an athlete's memory, attention, reaction time, and balance.
Every year each athlete will need to complete a baseline concussion test prior to the start of their season. This only needs to be
completed once a year, therefore you DO NOT need to complete it again if you play multiple sports.
Important Notes
- The code to take your concussion test will be given to you by the head coach once you have registered and are approved
- DO NOT use the CMS Code- PWHS has a different code and you will show up in BIG TEAMS as having not completed the test
