Mani Sajid Makes History Breaking the PWHS School Record
Congrats to senior Mani Sajid for making history last night by breaking the PWHS school record for All-Time Leading Scorer on the Boy's Basketball team.Last night (1/28/26) the Boy's Basketball team played Hatboro Horsham and before the second quarter was over Mani scored his 1642 career point, breaking the record with a dunk. Mani was able to achieve this milestone in just 3 years. Thomas Young held the record of 1641 career points (2003-2005) for the past two decades.

We are using the BIG TEAMS -STUDENT CENTRAL platform to complete and upload ALL PIAA paperwork.BIGTEAMS-STUDENT CENTRAL LOGINAll students must have a physical dated on or after 5/1/25 to participate in the 2025-2026 school year per PIAA. Accounts have been created for all students in STUDENT CENTRAL using their school GMAIL account. Parents/Guardians can click on the link below and follow the instructions on how to create and link their account with their student's account. PWHS CHEERLEADERS ARE SOL CHAMPS AGAIN- WINNING BACK TO BACK TITLES
The Plymouth Whitemarsh High School Varsity Cheerleading team claimed the Suburban One League Championship again this year, claiming back-to-back league titles.Coming off last year’s historic championship, first time since 2008–2009 season.. the team returned with determination, confidence, and an undeniable energy on the mat. Seeing all of that hard work culminate in another championship performance was an incredibly proud and emotional moment for the coaching staff, athletes, and families.Looking ahead, excitement continues to build as both the JV and Varsity teams prepare to compete at UCA Nationals in Orlando, Florida, this February, where they will represent Plymouth Whitemarsh High School on a national stage against programs from across the country.

PWHS Indoor Track Team is Currently Ranked in the Top 10 for States & Nationally
The PW boys and girls track teams proved to be record-setting, state-ranked, and nationally ranked over the winter break at the Apple Bank Hispanic Games at the Armory in NYC and the Marine Corps Invitational in NY.On the girls’ side, junior Emma Simeral broke her own school record in the mile at the Robert Bernet Invitational, running a 5:19.44. This performance exceeded the state qualifying standard and currently ranks her #14 in Pennsylvania.On the boys’ side, senior Devon Spruill improved his state-qualifying standard and currently sits at #11 in Pennsylvania. Senior Josh Bucko broke a 16-year-old indoor 800m school record, running 1:57.9 at the Marine Corps Invitational in NY, while also improving his state qualifying standard. He currently ranks #6 in Pennsylvania. Will Waerig broke another 16-year-old record, this time in the mile, running 4:34.84 at the Hispanic Games in NY. The boys’ DMR team (Brett Westerfer, Jake Watson, Chris Gekonge, and Josh Bucko) also broke a nine-year-

Congrats, to Claire Carrington who placed 3rd at the first annual Howdy Duncan Ladies Wrestling Invitational!!The invitational took place on 12/21/25 at William Penn High School at 9:00 am. Claire's next match will be on 1/09/26 which is the 2026Sounderton Big Red Girl's Invitational.

MARCHING COLONIALS EARN 2ND AT CBA CHAMPIONSHIPS!!
Congrats to the PWHS Marching Band for an amazing season!! The PWHS Marching band placed 2nd at the Cavalcade of Bands American A Championship which took place on 11/01/25 at Dallastown Area, HS. In addition PW took home awards for High Colorguard and High Visual honors. Going into this competition the Marching Colonials were ranked #1 and undefeated leading up to the championships.Thanks for such an incredible season!!

PWHS COLONIALS CLINCH THE SOL AMERICAN DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congrats to the PWHS Colonial's Football team for clinching the SOL American Division Championships for the 5th consecutive year!! They won their last regular season game on Friday against William Tennent HS and finished their division undefeated with a 5-0 record. Emma Simeral Advances to the PIAA State Cross Country Championships
Congrats to Emma Simeral for Qualifying for the PIAA State Cross Country Meet!!!The meet took place today on 10/24/25 at Lehigh Valley. Emma set a personal record of 19:05 which placed her as 34th in the District and earned her a spot at the PIAA State Cross Country Championships. Emma is the only PWHS student for XC Boys & Girls to qualify for States which is huge accomplishment. The State Championship will be held on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 at the Parkview Cross Country Course in Hersey, PA.
